TWC OCM Mike Seidel tells us about the heavy snowfall in the city of Syracuse, New York and that the heavy snow forced the closure of the local airport after a flight coming in from Detroit slid off the runway. A passenger tells his story of the incident and passengers had to wait on the jet until the snowplow could clear the runway for buses. He also tells us that after this snowstorm passed, that Syracuse began to pick up lake effect snow.
