Tropical Storm Noel is wreaking havoc on Florida's east coast.
The wind is forcing water up so high, the shore is littered with seaweed and ocean debris.
Sea spray can also be felt -- sometimes as far as a half a block away.
With few exceptions though, the coast is holding up.
